Research Technician

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Support the develop of new process/product; design and operate daily lab experiments under guidance, as well as data analyzing and documentation
• Support the design and optimization of coating process and equipment
• Support material characterization and product testing
• Identify and implement improvements to existing process and testing procedure
• Propose new ideas to key technical challenges; able to validate and implement the solutions

Education & Experience 

• BS/MS degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science/engineering, organic chemistry
• 1-2 years working experience in R&D center or lab

Required Skills                                                

• Ability to follow all safety rules and policies and promote a safe workplace
• Ability to execute experiments according to high level objective and limited guidance, perform the experiments efficiently and accurately, as well as data analyzing and document
• Experience in multi-national company or research institute preferred.

Desired Skills 

• Good hands-on experience on chemical/coating experiments, equipment operation and maintenance
• Communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Be familiar with Office tools (excel, PPT etc.)
