Position Description Day to Day Responsibilities: Internally  Coordinate sample requests as needed  Make shipment arrangement among customers based on AM’s communication  Liaise with local CS among regions  Coordinate with Corning operations and SCM for shipment arrangement  System maintenance for order management, shipment arrangement, payment monitor, RMA management and credit release.  Support project assignments Externally  Collect customer demand and handle PO for shipment preparation  Collaborate with customers for the related documents/processes initiation  Provide the routine shipping schedule to customers  Follow up with replacement or credit release for RMA  Monitor AR  Visit customers to maintain relationship Reporting Structure: Direct reports: Education & Experience  5 years of customer service or commercial experience.  3 years of supervisor experience is a plus.  Minimum college degree and university degree is a plus. Required Skills  Responsible for coordination and execution OTC (order to cash) management.  Engage and collaborate with Account manager, Engineer and Supply Chain to fulfill customer requirements. Desired Skills  Commercial operation and Supply Chain knowledge are preference.  Foreign company working experience is preference.  Knowledge of import and export procedures in China Soft Skills  Potential problem solving.  Financial concept is a plus.  Good command of English.  Sense of numbers and sense of urgency
