Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage AFR provided equipment and integrated solutions portfolio 
  • Work closely with local function team to lead new product development and design
  • Support global engineering team on R&D to develop and introduce new product 
  • Responsible for existing process and product transfer from global team aligned the same quality standard
  • Update relevant industry regulations and rules for AFR, make sure our product to meet or exceed their criteria timely
  • Develop plant equipment manufacturing engineering capability, include DMAIC, PFMEA, CTQ, Kaizen etc, to support business growth
  • Manage manufacturing cost reduction portfolio and closely work with supply chain, quality, process engineering team to deploy solution with high quality standard
  • Lead plant facilities, equipment maintenance to ensure plant smooth operation
  • Support to guide, coach team to build SOP on process, packing, facility, change management and strictly follow the SOP with team
  • Closely work with SC, design, quality and application team on planning, scheduling; and lead on-site trouble shooting to meet quality and on time delivery
  • Develop function budget and ensure spending is under control, lead whole group to achieve the goal with effective way
  • Driving continuous improvement in critical areas, including ISO system, cost, quality, safety etc. 
  • Motivate team and build positive environment 
  • Ensure all H&S regulations and rules


Education & Experience  

  • Degree of Bachelor and/or above.
  • Major in chemical machinery, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or relevant chemical equipment industrial
  • At least 10-year working experience on chemical equipment integration or manufacturing related
  • 3+years team management

 

Required Skills                                                

  • Solid knowledge of chemical equipment manufacturing and process control
  • Product/integration system management/project management 
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Leadership skill, communication, good teamwork, and interpersonal skill
  • Self-motivate, independent, continuous improvement, willing to work under pressure. 
  • Be good at CAD drawing
