Purpose of the Position:

  •  Support immigration and mobility in AP


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage China Immigration & Mobility programs / processes / policies in compliance with current legal and regulatory policies and in direct or indirect support of Corning Values and positive work environment objectives
  • Support China localization policy/programs/process development and deliver communication to BUHR on Immigration & Mobility programs / processes / policies
  • Monitor Immigration & Mobility vendor performance in China in cooperation with Procurement and other appropriate functions to establish stronger vendor relationships, as necessary
  • Interact with Immigration & Mobility vendors per service level agreement, as needed, to maximize delivery of outsourced services
  • Optimize cost reduction opportunities that support the achievement of top quartile cost objective
  • Liaise with BUHR/ADM support in different sites and assist in supporting all China expansion projects to cost, quality, delivery, and business impact expectations



  • University degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • 5+ year relevant working experience in mobility and immigration
