Day to Day Responsibilities:

Planning of sales promotion activities

•    Design of market research 
•    Cooperate with other departments to carry out market research activities
•    Analysis and summary of research results
•    Determine the direction, plan and type of sales promotion activities according to market research results
•    Designed the plans for sales promotion activities

Organize and implement sales promotion activities

•    Design the organization form of sales promotion activities
•    Communication with sales team
•    Publicity of sales promotion activities
•    Effective cooperation with sales and channels during activities

Evaluate sales promotion activities

•    Establish an online evaluation system for sales promotion activities
•    Node control of activity process
•    Responsible and control of funds
•    Analysis and summary of activity results

E-platform support construction and establishment of E-platform evaluation system

•    Assist distributors to promote e-commerce platforms
•    Looking for appropriate e-commerce platform to promote sales activities
•    Establish an evaluation system for promotion activities on e-commerce platform
•    Carried out brand promotion activities in close cooperation with Marcon in the marketing department

Output and dissemination of Corning values and values

•    Organize various activities for the output and dissemination of product value
•    Various activities to export and spread Corning values
•    Training our distributors team to know and understand Corning and Value

Actively support and execute the division and commercial strategies.

•    Focus on the key market, academic, region, then annual identification, and management
•    Identify and manage the products that have a key impact on the sales performance 
•    Analysis of annual business strategy
•    Specify tracking mechanism, annual vital few, sales performance
•    Tracking the products supply status
•    Actively adjust sales strategy supporting 

Actively support the sales process build, improve and management

•    Management the annual budget allocation and adjustment
•    Manage and support the channel and KA team rebate and budgeting process
•    Support the annual DARM project
•    Sales review and cycles follow up
•    Support sales team to manage the channel and KA customers
•    Sales leads distribute and gather
•    Manage the sample and gift from KA and channel team 
•    Manage process map from different departments

Actively support to continue to expand the corning’s brand, and the product line cognitive range in the customer

•    Actively manage the market survey in different fields.
•    Actively effective market competition analysis 
•    Sales budget setup and allocate
•    Ensure the sales progress of the end-user and achieve the sales performance
•    Actively support channel and KA sales team to manage territory and customers

Actively support leadership about sales performance 

•    Support leadership to setup KPI, MBO, SIP and PIP
•    Support the establishment of business analysis system, channel, and KA monthly review format alignment
•    Build data management and business analysis to identify problem and take corrective actions in time
•    Bonus budget design, communication, implementation, and analysis in promotion
•    Actively design the sales contests in CLS and dealer’s sales team.
•    Manage and support the sales of Corning culture committee activity
•    Actively lead and support the sales training to CLS and dealer’ sales team, also contain non-sales department of CLS
•    Actively lead and support to make the model for sales leaders or team
•    Actively support DMS which contain SAS and inventory

Education & Experience  

•    Undergraduate degree or above in Biology or Biotechnology
•    With at least 2 years of relevant work experience. 
•    Working experience in the Life sciences and Biotech industry. If she/he had sales operation management also welcome.

Required
•    Familiar with biological market.  Experience in marketing activities.
•    Strong technical understanding about cell culture and molecular biology, good at and willing to understand market information. Experience in 3rd e-commerce platform also welcome.
•    Strong knowledge of commercial transaction processes
•    Good English language skills both written and verbal
•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.  Including (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management)
