Facility Shift Technician

Purpose of the Position:

To maintain facility equipments and instruments in an ideal condition and then to support Production

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• To implement PM activities and achieve PM performance.

• To collect machine breakdown information, analysis and improvement.

• Breakdown machine recovery.

• Follow Policy, SOS, PCPD, Patrol request.

• Increasing techniques to reduce the breakdown possibility

• Document preparation

• To assist section Manager and operation supervisor for work execution

• Safety / 5S Audit improvement.

Education & Experience

• Graduated from college or above with the major in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Required Skills

• Knowledge: Good at problem analysis and logical thinking and decision making.

• Computer: Excel. Word, AutoCAD, power point.

• Basic skill: Multi-meter, Amp- meter using, equipment repair, motor repair.

• Familiar with chiller/air compressor/transformer/Breaker/Water treatment system Start/stop procedure.

• Familiar with high voltage system maintenance.

• Basic experience in QS,TS and ISO management

Desired Skills

• Siemens PLC, Siemens PCS7 system;

• Electrical operation license, boiler operation license, high pressure vessel license is preferred
