Hub Logistics Operations Manager

Responsible for Division Hub warehouse FS/FG/Raw material inbound and outbound management, include Customs affairs, receiving and delivery to customers and plants, quality & safety & 5S & inventory and cost management

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage China hub warehouses FS/FG/RM inbound and outbound, include customs clearance, goods receiving, MDP tilting, incoming material quality control and goods delivery to customers/plants

• Manage distribution hubs and 3rd party warehouses daily operations include the capacity and resource management

• Support trading company transactions, import/ export operations and distributions

• Hub related bonded logbook maintenance and operations management

• Support China customers and planning team through effective, efficient and accurate warehouse shipping, receiving, storing and distributing operation.

• Be responsible for inventory accuracy, location system, incoming & outgoing accuracy. • Be responsible for efficient use of warehouse space. Maintain operation of dock and direction of warehouse personnel

• Collaborate with CDT SC Planning team to link the planning, supply and logistics into a seamless SC efficiency.

• Direct employees and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and activities

• Manages and processes all required paperwork associated with shipment, cycle count and transactions

• Provide ongoing facilitation for continuous improvement in areas of responsibility

• Plan and implement actions and changes which will improve efficiencies and reduce complexity

• Follow standard practices and procedure in problem solving and decision making

• Continuously improve the warehouse operations process and efficiency Direct reports: None Education & Experience

• University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or similar fields

• Work experience in multi-national companies highly preferred.

• Industry Engineer or Lean experience is preferred

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Logistics experience, 4+ years in logistic operational management role

• Strong warehouse management skill includes 3rd party warehouse management experience

• Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral)

• Experience working across cultures
