Planning Specialist

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Receive sales order/forecast from commercial.
• Develop and formulate 2-week production plan to secure customer demand.
• Coordinate with related departments and Project team on down time and testing/start-up plan.
• Collaborate with regional/global planning team on mid & long term production plan.
• Collaborate with Division Supply Chain, production, QA, Technology…etc. to optimize production line performance and improve scheduling reliability.
• Co-work with commercial and logistics on recycle packing material availability to support production line scheduling.
• Support engineering experiment, development projects, line/product qualification and machine maintenance on production line scheduling.
• Continuously improve on scheduling tool and process documentations & standardizations.
• Monitor and manage non-standard FS/FG inventory.
