- Purpose of the Position 
Based on CLS Asia business strategies, support the deployment of marketing communications tactics to coordinate and implement marketing communication activities for India, Korea, SEA and ANZ. Serve as a liaison to internal and external parties and cross function groups and contributes in a variety of content development and project management. 
- Day to Day Responsibilities  
1,Keep abreast of key business developments, innovation initiatives, and general trends to support communications strategies as appropriate 
2,Develops collateral material pertaining to CLS branding guidance and product offerings, including product or promotion flyers, brochures, catalogs, banners, videos, web content, and other publications especially for Korea market 
3,Support translation and proofreading for marketing collaterals as necessary especially for Korea market 
4,Archives communication collateral to enable consistency of communications and provide a library of material to draw upon 
5,Coordinate participation in internal and external exhibitions and events by working with various groups to prepare materials, track event costs, seek for potential customers 
6,Support Asia digital campaigns to enhance the exposure of CLS branding and products to reach to end users  Manage customer database and update SFDC system 
7,Manage and coordinate vendors of advertising and promotion services 
8,Manage leads scoring to achieve higher leads conversion rate
- Education and Experience 
1,Bachelor’s degree in Biology preferred or communications, marketing related field is a plus 
2,1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply" 
- Required Skills 
1,Familiar with Microsoft Office 
2,Experience or willingness to learn new tools, e.g., Google Analytics, web content management systems, social media content management systems, etc. 
3,Fluent in both Korean and English of Oral and Written 
4,Biological background is a big plus 
5,Communication skill, be able to communicate with external and internal customers and vendors  Ability to manage multiple projects at a time 
6,Education background in biological science  Creative, proactive, self-motivated and meticulous  Courage to contribute ideas and take initiative towards shared goals
