Lean Transformation Technician


  1. Purpose of Position.   

This position will become part of a team focused on Transformational improvements across the Reynosa campus. This person will become a Transformational expert through on the job experience, mentorship, and internal / external training. This position will be a pathway position to other technical and / or leadership roles within the organization.


  1. Mention the major responsibilities and tasks of the position.
  1. Act as a change agent to foster a culture of transformational step change throughout the organization and drive measurable process improvements across the Reynosa campusLeverage data to predict and identify opportunities
  2. Effectively manage and lead critical business projects that are initiated by senior leadership.
  3. Enhance process standardization through effective root cause analysis and the implementation of rigorous standards focused on improved efficiency, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
  4. Effectively present data and analysis to stakeholders
  1. Ensure CSC standards are maintained through effective project management and a controlled documentation program.
  2. Manage confidential and proprietary information with discretion and sound judgment.



  1. List the two most complex decisions indicative of this function and its impact to the function, department and/or corporation.
  1.  Provide leadership and guidance to deliver Operational Excellence utilizing Lean Six Sigma capabilities
  2. The ability to proactively address and respond immediately to business needs, to avoid project delays and increase revenue




6.    Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements.

 A. Education.

  • BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
  • Fundamental understanding of Lean, Project management
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets; Advanced Excel,

       B. Work Experience.

  • 3-year experience as technical in any productive area

  • Ability to interpret and summarize large amounts of data
  • Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Team player with a strong level of service
  • Creativity and problem solving
