Negotiations COE Leader

At Corning, we are looking for a Negotiation Centre of Excellence (COE) Lead, to join our international team of experts in our Lucerne, Switzerland location.

Who you are:

• An expert in the field of global, complex contract negotiations.

• A coach and mentor, sharing your knowledge and supporting other stakeholders in their negotiations.

What you bring:

• Well experienced in preparing and executing complex negotiations in a procurement / supply chain environment.

• Strong knowledge of playbooks and concepts effectively preparing negotiations

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Thorough understanding of state-of the art capabilities and digital tools supporting effective and successful negotiations including e-auctions.

• The ability to adapt negotiations to a disruptive environment.

• A passion to constantly understand what goodness looks like to be world class and drive and share best practice in the corporation

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Law or Engineering.

• Fluency in English.

Location:

Office based with ability to work from home 40% of the time
