HRBP Corning Israel The Israel site HR Manager position is responsible for the implementation of HR processes based on the HR calendar and provides administrative and tactic support to managers and employees on HR topics, as well as the Implementing of local HR strategy in alignment with the corporate HR business strategy. Roles & Responsibilities • Recruitment: leading local hiring process, mostly technology positions • Learning & Development: Implementation & tracking of development programs • Talent management responsibilities for local Technology talent: performance management processes, talent planning sessions etc. • Recreation: Creation of comprehensive hi-tech standard recreation plan including monthly communications, Quarterly company events, Annual conference, gifts, recognition etc. • Compensation & Benefits: Salary surveys, Salary simulations, cars etc. • Legal & Regulatory HR topics: employment contracts, IP, Data privacy, code of conduct, immigration etc. • Voice to action employee survey: annual climate survey and action plan • HR Quality topics: meeting ISO quality certification requirements in all HR areas. • Community service & diversity actions in alignment with regional (EMEA) and global processes. • Local focal point for all HR related global processes communication and implementation • Member of the site technology leadership team Requirements • 5+ years of relevant HR experience preferably in a global/international environment • Bachelor’s degree in social science or Behavioral science – must, Masters degree- advantage • Practical knowledge in the areas of Recruitment, C&B, L&D, Talent management, Leadership development, , Labor law, Recreation, , Climate surveys, Coaching & Executive Trainings etc. • Excellent English (including writing and presenting skills) • Comfortable preforming administrative tasks. • Willingness to work full time position, including late afternoon hours as needed, mostly from the office • Willingness to travel up to 10%
