Role Purpose

•  Develop and implement effective collection, credit, cash application, and payables strategies in collaboration with key business partners
•  Foster an inclusive work environment and promote team development through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth
•  Guide and develop the Order to Cash streams, setting challenging objectives, coaching, and conducting the annual review process
•  Act as a thought leader in digital transformation both in and out of Corning

 

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management
•  3+ years of cash and/or payables experience preferred
•  Demonstrated ability to work with multiple groups globally and in a cross-functional team setting
•  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project
•  Process improvement experience

Desirable:

•  PeopleSoft, SAP ECC6 and S4 Hana experience
•  Experience using Salesforce
