Role Purpose
What is your role?
The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner to manufacturing and functional leaders, ensuring the organization has the talent, organizational capability, employee engagement, and workforce strategies required to achieve business objectives.
This role is responsible for leading talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and people-related business initiatives. The position supports operational excellence by aligning HR strategies with business priorities, workforce growth, productivity objectives, and long-term organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

- Partner with plant and functional leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategies, employee relations, and change management.
- Utilize workforce data, HR metrics, and analytics to support decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Monitor key indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, staffing effectiveness, and labor cost.
- Lead or support HR projects focused on organizational effectiveness, process improvement, workforce growth, and business transformation.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, HR governance requirements, and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with appropriate HR and business stakeholders to address complex employee situations.
- Lead talent review, succession planning, performance management, and employee development processes.
- Partner with leaders to create and execute development plans that address capability gaps.
- Support workforce planning, organizational changes, expansion initiatives, new product introductions, and evolving business needs.
Experiences/Education - Required
What do you need to have?

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Plant HR Manager, Senior HRBP, HR Manager, or equivalent HR leadership role.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
- Experience in employee relations and working within unionized or labor-intensive environments.
