Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

 

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position.

 

A. Apply disciplinary actions to employees.
B.  Keep employee records up to date.
C. Process resignations, terminations and terminations of contracts.
D. Absenteeism and Turnover Reports.

E . Communication with Production Supervisors to facilitate the good working environment.
F.   Reinforce the application and compliance with the Internal Work Regulations.
G.  Responsible for the Glass Wall.
H.  Monthly Labor Relations activities report.   
I.  Follow-up security reports. 
J.  Support events.
K. Support Cafeteria and Transportation Services

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree in Human resources or similar
  • 1 + years of experience in attention of internal staffing  in the labor area, and labor unions
  • 1+ of experience within the HR area
  • Excelent  English Level
  • Schedule Availability (rotating shifts)             
  • Communication abilities
