Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of manufacturing equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in production. This role supports preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies while driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime, process stability, product quality, and manufacturing capacity.
What is your role?
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will provide technical support for manufacturing equipment, drive equipment reliability, and help reduce downtime through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
Major responsibilities and tasks
- Develop and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
- Analyze equipment failures and lead root cause investigations to implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and production impact.
- Support equipment upgrades, new equipment installation, qualification, and startup activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, uptime, and overall equipment effectiveness.
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in similar position.
- Experience supporting manufacturing equipment in production environments.
- Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- English proficiency for technical communication and supplier interaction.
