Role Purpose

Execute preventive/corrective maintenance on automated machinery, molding process, chillers, and Motan dryer

Key Responsibilities

  • Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented 
  • Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques                                                                   
  • Key roll designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
  • Developing implementation plans and schedules to apply predictive maintenance techniques at our processes 
  • Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and adjusting as necessary to increase the value of our offerings. 
  • Improving health and safety policies and procedures 
  • Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost 
  • Innovate maintenance

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Education.

  • Electromechanical Technician.
  • Mechatronics Technician.

Skills

  • PLC Allen Bradley Siemens.
  • Low-voltage electricity.
  • Mechanics.
  • Automation.
  • Thermo regulators.
  • Transducers.
  • Use of workshop machines. Lathe, milling machine, grinder, welding.
  • Fanuc Robotics.
  • Keyence vision cameras.
  • Labview.

Work Experience

  • Maintenance Technician for assembly lines.
  • Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Interpretation of drawings. GD&T.
  • Handling of multimeter, megger, and thermal camera.
  • Handling of Vernier caliper, torque wrench, and micrometer.
  • Completion of daily reports, computerized maintenance management system.
