Purpose of Position:

As a Performance Excellence Manager you will provide business unit(s) with sustainable competitive advantage in manufacturing continuous improvement, process and quality. Develop and deploy a global manufacturing strategy, assure successful plant operations and performance, and represent Manufacturing and Technology as required as a member of the business team.

 

  • Managing of the manufacturing capabilities to deliver lowest manufacturing costs by driving product integrity, process capability and asset optimization
  • Establish culture for continuous improvement in methods and systems
  • Coordination of project activities to achieve business objectives
  • Develop, lead and track manufacturing „Cost Reduction” programs
  • Support the execution of the manufacturing strategy

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set goals and create a culture for continuous development of skills and competencies of various manufacturing capabilities
  • Lead and track Safety platforms deployment accros region and division
  • Deploy to manufacturing the PeX capabilities to meet business objectives
  • Develop and setup targets for the PeX capabilities in alignment with DE
  • Manage project portfolio
  • Develop annual and long term strategy for Cost Reduction program

 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in various positions in manufacturing departments including supervisor role
  • Very good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse employee group across many levels of management and the business teams
  • Practical knowledge and experience with PeX methodologies utilization
  • Experience in leading teams in meeting continuous improvement goals
  • Openness to innovative solutions in the area of creation and management of project portfolio
  • Very good English skills

 

Desired: 

  • M.B.A. or equivalent business degree.
  • Experience in multiple businesses, divisions, technologies.
  • Experience in staff or project roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, etc.
  • Six Sgma Balck Belt Certification.
  • Lean Manufacturing strog experience.
