Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process control, continuous improvement, and data-driven problem solving while improving quality, yield, productivity, and cost performance.

 

What is your role?

As a Process Engineer, you will support manufacturing excellence by monitoring process performance, driving improvements, and working with cross-functional teams to sustain and optimize production processes.

Major responsibilities and tasks

  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing metrics such as FPY, RTY, OEE, Scrap, Yield, and Process Capability.
  • Identify performance gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives to improve quality, productivity, capacity, and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and process standards.
  • Apply SPC, capability analysis, and validation studies to improve process stability and performance.

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing processes in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of SPC, Cpk/Ppk, FPY/RTY, Yield Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma (DMAIC).
  • English proficiency for technical communication and documentation.
