Production Supervisor

What is your role?
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and supervise production teams to achieve outstanding results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost. This role is key to driving daily operational performance, developing people, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Major responsibilities and tasks
- Lead and supervise production personnel, drive team performance, and manage the overall administration of assigned staff.
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, output, and business unit goals.
- Monitor production flow, resolve operational issues, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensure the training and certification of assigned personnel, and guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in core team and quality meetings to support plant objectives and metrics.
- Lead or participate in projects related to process improvement, productivity, and new product/process introductions.
- Participation un audits.
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in MMC Production lines.
- 2 to 4 years of experience leading and/or supervising personnel.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping is a plus.
- Intermediate English.
- Availability to relocate to Nuevo León.
