Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain quality systems that support production requirements and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and TL 9000 standards.
What is your role?
As a Quality Engineer, you will support quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process compliance.
Major responsibilities and tasks
- Develop, implement and maintain Quality systems to meet the requirements of production, ISO 9001 and TL 9000
- Determine resource requirements for the Quality Engineering department; people, equipment, facilities as well as its optimization.
- Conduct product, process and systems.
- Conduct finished goods materials inspections and drive continuous improvements activities.
- Lead KPI and Corrective Actions through problem solving to improve indicators (8D, 5 whys, A3, etc.)
- Attend Customer Notifications
- Coordinate Process Audit & MSA.
What do you need to have?
- Engineering degree
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience reading technical drawings
- Experience with ISO 9001; TL 9000 is a plus
- Knowledge of measurement equipment
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills
- English: 80%
