Role Purpose

Supports the implementation and improvement of projects/processes; communicates and escalates potential problems: providing day to day support for inquiries

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management and Services:

  • Supports complex operational processes, providing day to day support for inquiries, and issues
  • Assists operations in achieving and maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and statutory law
  • Supports CSS Operations, assigned business units, and appropriate functional groups with solutions to problematic areas and operational needs
  • Performs ad hoc operational activities

System and Data Services:

  • Provides master data system input coordination on a global scale, across multiple sites (e.g., vendors, customers, user security, etc.)
  • Assists with the development and delivery of user trainings and communications designed for administrators, supervisors, and general employee users
  • Responds to help desk inquiries, providing business knowledge and functional support to business units
  • Provides master data system input coordination on a global scale, across multiple sites (e.g., vendors, customers, user security, etc.)
  • Performs data analytics, highlighting trends, and potential risks; may formulate potential resolutions/ improvements

Experiences/Education - Required

Operations Management and Services:

  • Experience performing complex daily operational processes
  • Experience executing on process improvement activities
  • Identifies and resolves basic issues
  • Gains exposure to the control environment and executes controls

System and Data Services:

  • Experience performing routine scheduled preventative maintenance activities
  • Experience documenting standard operating procedures and explaining process to others
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • Exposure to participating on projects
  • Demonstrated initiative in building relationships with colleagues within assigned area
  • Gains familiarity to internal resources and tools
