Scope of Position:

This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and execution of the shop floor schedule from determining raw material requirements through finished goods quality release. Qualified individual will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and partnering with Global Supply Management to ensure delivery of all raw materials required for the manufacturing activities of the facility within the framework of the associated budgets and plans. The position is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of planning master data, as well as monitoring and reporting of all applicable performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily coordination with production team to set production priorities.
  • Facilitate daily and weekly production meetings, as required.
  • Create and maintain production orders.
  • Monitor production planning activities through quality release of products.
  • Maintain adequate raw material inventories to support the production plans by way of weekly ERP review and communication with Global Supply Management.
  • Respond appropriately to rectify instances of material shortages.
  • Participate as core team member on all new material, material change and validation/change management project teams.
  • Participate in the creation, maintenance, improvement, and reporting of forecast metrics with Supply Chain team.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position: 40 hrs/wk. Monday - Friday; Standard business hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Required Education & Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of Logistics Management, ERP Systems (Planning, Inventory Management, and Warehousing) and Manufacturing experience.


Required Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of ERP systems, production planning procedures, material procurement, and Supply Chain processes.
  • Results oriented and forward looking.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem resolution skills and ability to coordinate multi-discipline activities.
  • Ability to work independently and a true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment including ability to act as a team leader when required.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadline-based tasks/projects concurrently and be adaptable to change.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Organizational focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Desired Qualifications:

  • SAP system knowledge.
  • Practical Project Management knowledge and applied experience.
  • Data-based decision-making skills with the ability to use data in actively finding solutions.
  • Self-starter: ability to drive things to closure.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with peers.
