• Lead efforts to actively manage account relationship and execute overall division and commercial strategies o Develop and maintain multi-level and multi-function customer relations o Develop/publish customer profile and analysis o Organize/manage regional and corporate reviews of accounts o Clearly and effectively communicate strategy and activities to customer o Develop actionable and measurable satisfaction improvement plans • Develop detailed account/sales plans for each assigned customers/fabs o Develop account strategy and analysis o Achieve account sales objectives o Identify opportunities and risks o Actively manage complexity at assigned accounts o Support senior account manager to manage all aspects of sales operations / order management process at assigned accounts o Understand customer requirements - Identify, assess and prioritize opportunities o Execute the account plan in alignment w/product plan o Provide/submit accurate short-term forecast/5 years plan/capacity plan to relevant team in Division o Work with Business Ops/CS/SC to ensure satisfactory payment/PO/shipment performance o Collect/synthesize customer and market and intelligence information. Establish effective internal communication • Support AE to expand Corning’s product offering at account(s) o Understand customer’s current & future products demands and developments. o Work with AE to deliver value proposition and provide feedback to PLM o Coordinate periodic technology exchanges and plan product migration at the customer o Communicate roadmaps and manufacturing capacity plans to the customer • Resolve customer issues and facilitate responsiveness o Respond to customer complains in timely manner o Organize/Lead internal resources to resolve customer issues effectively o Track action list of issue resolution o Continually look for ways to increase customer satisfaction.
