Employment Life Cycle Management 

Own employee on-boarding & exit process. 

Manage employee files in compliance with government regulation. 

Be responsible for probation & labor contract management. Employee Data Maintenance 

Act as Data Steward to maintain employee’s data in TrueBlue system and ensure data accuracy. 

Act as Kronos Admin to maintain attendance system and ensure data accuracy. C&B and Training 

Be responsible for commercial insurance premium calculation. 

Be responsible for payroll process for interns with effectiveness and accuracy. 

Act as commercial Training Representative to organize and coordinate training activity per training plan. 

Organize monthly NEO for new employees. 

Track commercial staff’s development plan per schedule. Other HR General Activities 

Support employment /income / internship certificate issuing for employees. 

Support HRM for HR related report generation and data analysis. 

Support Shanghai Residence Permit & Hukou application for employees. 

Support HR initiatives including value, culture, DEI to drive a positive work environment. 

Other tasks and projects assigned by HRM.
