Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety training for new employees and contractors.
• Support legal required certificate and license training and refreshing.
• PPE management and regular PR making and related work.
• Regular EHS inspection according to inspection plan and compile findings report, communicate and track until closed.
• Participate in incident and accident investigation, provide recommendations for corrective action, support to make incident and accident report, track until action closed.
• Regular report on government platform, like hazardous waste, potential hazards identification, OH hazards declaration, pollutant discharge permit, etc.
• Emergency response materials management, support ERP committee leader to conduct ERP work.
• Maintain employees OH archives.
• Monitor the status of mandatory inspection, testing of special equipment and accessories.
• Work with vendors to implement regular Environmental testing, workplace OH hazards sampling, etc.
• Organize emergency drills according to plan.
• Support to drive Hazard identification and risk assessment program implementation, provide training and guidance, regular review with other departments.
• Contractor safety management (such as, review and approve the permit of high risky operation, on-site audit, etc.)
Education & Experience
• Bachelor or above; major in Environmental, safety engineering or related.
• Two years’ above working experience in EHS or related area.
• EHS work experience in multinational company or manufacturing environment is in plus.
Required Skills
• Basic EHS knowledge and experience with tools such as risk assessment, JSA, LOTO, etc.
• Good in English, both written & spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good problem solving skills
• Good communication skill: Able to speak in front of a group, especially to train people.
