Purpose of the Position:

Representative of the HR function. Manage all aspects of data analytics.

Perform a wide variety of Human Resource duties to support start-up initiatives such as staffing and recruiting, on-boarding, training and development, employee data management, compensation and benefits.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Monitors and maintains integrity of data contained in HR systems.

• Integrate HR related functions through process and HRIS.

• Manpower assurance – obtain necessary manpower (including direct and indirect workforce) for plant requirements by recruiting, screening and placing new employees. Administer wage and salary matters in accordance with procedures.

• Fringe compensation & benefits –manage such programs as compensation & benefit survey.

• Supervise training system/roadmap/execution plan to meet business needs.

• Monitor HR related cost, such as benefit, training cost and prepare the related HR analysis.

• Develop HR related process/procedure for implementation • Implements HR programs / processes / policies in compliance with legal and regulatory policies

• Educates colleagues on proper use of HR systems for which he/she is responsible.

• Provide appropriate council and support to managers on HR processes/programs.

• Responsible for projects assigned.

 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor Degree, major in business administration, human resources or related.

• 5 years above experience in human resources management.

• Work experience in multi-national company is preferred Required Skills
