Facharbeiter/in für mikrooptische Bauteile (m/w/d)

Role Purpose

Produces product and/or data based on customer requirements. Keeps equipment in running order. Compiles and maintains data and records results relating to experiment design results. Uses judgment, experience and initiative to resolve problems and make recommendations

Key Responsibilities

• Provides inputs on feasibility of producing new products and processes
• Analyzes data outputs and makes necessary adjustments to the process
• Produces samples of the product based on customer requirements
• Runs tests on samples to make sure they meet customer specifications
• Maintains spreadsheet of inventory
• Troubleshoots issues with equipment
• Trains and coaches new hires
• Performs preventative and ongoing maintenance of lab equipment
• Participates on product or process development teams
• Provides input to customers on experimental plans
• Documents results or procedures (experiment plan results, data analysis, lab documentation)
