Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Close collaboration with our Distribution Managers to support the following main tasks:
  • Event: support organization of smaller events; sample order and preparation; manage and track results
  • Logistics and Documentation: manage shipments and required documents
  • Marketing and Communication: updating e-learning training platform; assists with scheduling webinars; using tools like: Cvent & Marketo; support newsletter creation
  • Administrative day to day tasks and Reporting: assist with monthly reporting; internal payment / purchase order requests; research; maintenance of customer database and stock overview of give aways, samples, collateral

 

Our Requirements:

 

  • You are currently enrolled at university, preferably in the field of business administration or a comparable degree programme > a specialisation in marketing is an advantage
  • You work carefully and in a structured manner, even if several projects are running in parallel
  • You have good organisational, communication and planning skills and like to work independently
  • You have a good eye for detail
  • You have very good German and English skills (written and oral)
  • You can work 20 h/week during the semester and 40 h during the semester break
