The Specialty Materials segment manufactures products that provide more than 150 material formulations for glass, glass ceramics and fluoride crystals to meet demand for unique customer needs. Consequently, this segment operates in a wide variety of commercial and industrial markets that include display optics and components, semiconductor optics components, aerospace and defense, astronomy, ophthalmic products, telecommunications components and cover glass that is optimized for portable display devices.

Job Description: Currently we are looking for new team members to join our Production talent pool. Individuals who join our talent pool will be prequalified for production openings and called in for positions as we continue growing!  You must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen, and be willing to work rotating shifts supporting a 365/24/7 manufacturing facility including holidays, weekends, days and nights. Ideal candidates for our team have a formal education beyond high school; experience in a hands-on job like manufacturing, farming, or construction; and a willingness to learn.

• Process Inspection Associate
• Shipping and Receiving
• Custodial/Building Maintenance

Education:

• Minimum HS diploma or GED

US Citizenship required

The starting hourly rate pay range for this position is ​$24.95. Compensation and benefits available for this position are dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
