Day to Day Responsibilities:

•Manage and coordinate daily operation requirement, including but not limited to billing, PR/PO coordination, inventory management and etc, and proactively communicate with cross-function business teams

•Provide accurate and timely month-end closing for the operation;

•Report out actual financials and regular forecast (control forecast, GB and BB);

•Review and control the capital project and project cost of the plant;

•Analyze the cost to guide the strategic price setting and provide financial expertise to support program teams and PLM on modeling cost;

•Set up the business model and accounting flow for program involving new Contract Manufacture(s) or new customer(s).

•Manage regional resources to ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with all corporate guidelines and requests, including Tax, Treasury, Audit and External Reporting •

Responsible for Internal Controls, Sarbanes Oxley compliance Project involved with:

•Setup and oversee Advanced-Flow Reactors business in China

•Understand the Advanced-Flow Reactors global value chain operation
