As the Transformation Change Management Leader, you'll serve as a strategic architect and hands-on catalyst for the adoption of Data & AI capabilities across a global workforce spanning manufacturing, R&D, and corporate functions.
Partnering closely with Data, AI, HR, and business leaders—and activating existing enterprise networks for locally-relevant delivery—you'll shape and execute transformative change strategies that accelerate digital literacy, empower our workforce, and drive measurable business value. Your leadership will build lasting capability and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and adaptability while ensuring adoption efforts feel business-led, not corporate-mandated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Change Leadership & Hands-on Delivery
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide change management strategy and roadmap to drive adoption of Data & AI tools globally.
- Assess organizational readiness, identify adoption barriers, and leverage stakeholder insights to design targeted change initiatives, tactics, and plans.
- Continuously align change efforts with business priorities and evolving technology trends.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with Digital & IT leadership, Data & AI teams, HR, and business unit leaders to synchronize adoption efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business-unit and functional senior leaders, ensuring Data & AI adoption is embedded in strategic priorities and operating rhythms.
- Activate and orchestrate existing enterprise networks.
- Communications & Storytelling
- Design and deliver compelling, multi-channel communications that articulate the vision, objectives, and impact of Data & AI transformation.
- Tailor messaging to a diverse, global workforce.
- Training & Enablement
- Collaborate with HR and subject matter experts to define and deploy scalable training and development programs for Data & AI adoption.
- Design enablement experiences tailored to specific roles, workflows, and business contexts—moving beyond generic corporate training to use-case-driven skill building.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for adoption, engagement, and capability growth.
- Establish enterprise-wide adoption dashboards and leading indicators (e.g., active usage, capability progression, business-value realization) to guide investment decisions and demonstrate ROI to senior leadership.
- Translate adoption metrics into executive-ready insights that inform prioritization and resource allocation.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in Business, Organizational Development, HR, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience leading large-scale digital, data, or AI transformation change initiatives, with demonstrated success in large organizations with complex, matrixed, and global structures.
- Proven ability to develop and execute holistic change management strategies, communications, and training programs.
- Expertise in cross-functional partnership, especially with IT, Data, AI, and HR.
- Exceptional stakeholder influence, facilitation, and executive communications skills.
- Working knowledge of modern Data & AI capabilities with ability to translate technical concepts into business value and change imperatives.
Desired:
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) strongly preferred.
- Management Consulting experience in change management and/or technology implementation strongly preferred; ability to partner with and manage external advisory firms.
- Experience leading change initiatives across multiple geographies; strong preference for candidates with Asia-Pacific and/or China market experience.
