Role Purpose
The Finance Manager, OFC FP&A will support division month‑end close, financial analytics & ad-hoc analysis, and Opex controlling. This role blends controllership rigor with FP&A analytics, ensuring accurate financial results while driving insight, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance for the submission and reporting of month-end close, forecasts, annual budget, and long-range plans
- Partner with the Finance Digital Leader to automate processes and drive use of dashboards and self‑service reporting tools.
- Drive process improvements across close, forecasting, and reporting cycles to improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
- Lead and support ad-hoc process harmonization & reporting standardization initiatives across the division
- Control SG&A and D&E spend for the business, including work related to monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting. Conduct periodic reviews with department managers, explain variances and provide roll up versions for BlackBook and GreenBook processes.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis related to business initiatives
- Develop influential relationships with business partners to interact and communicate across the organization
Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent technical degree required
- CPA/MBA preferred
- 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Advanced understanding of P&L, Cash Flows and Balance sheet and related drivers
- Proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint, Power BI, and other automation tools
- PeopleSoft, SAP, Khalix knowledge preferred

The range for this position is $110,942.00 - $152,546.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
