The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies.  Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes.  IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Architect, Kinaxis to lead the design, implementation, and management of integration solutions for Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of integration frameworks, supply chain planning processes, and data architecture to ensure seamless connectivity between Kinaxis and other enterprise systems. The Integration Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure integration solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design and Architecture:

 

Architect and design integration solutions for Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro, ensuring seamless data flow between Kinaxis and ERP systems 
Define and implement integration strategies, including APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Develop scalable and reusable integration frameworks that support business needs and long-term growth.
Configure Kinaxis integration components and data connections to align with system requirements and business processes.
Collaborate with developers to create custom integration scripts, workflows, and automation processes.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and project teams during integration deployments.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot integration errors to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Proactively recommend improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Document integration designs, workflows, configurations, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

 

 

Technical Leadership:

 

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Kinaxis integration solutions, advising on best practices and emerging technologies.
Stay updated with Kinaxis RapidResponse/ Maestro features, upgrades, and industry trends.

Experiences/Education - Required

⦁    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
⦁    Proven experience as an Integration Architect or similar role, with specific expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse integrations.
⦁    Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including APIs, web services, middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), and ETL tools.
⦁    Solid understanding of supply chain planning and operational processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
⦁    Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their integration with Kinaxis RapidResponse including database management, data modeling, and data transformation.
⦁    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
⦁    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experiences/Education - Desired

⦁    Kinaxis certification(s), such as Kinaxis Integration Architect Certification.
⦁    Experience with cloud-based integration solutions and platforms.
⦁    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
⦁    Experience working with global teams and managing large-scale integration projects.

The range for this position is $123,662.00 - $170,036.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.

Pay Grade: Grade D
