The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.
Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Kinaxis Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions to meet complex supply chain and operational planning needs. As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and sustainable Kinaxis solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design and Architecture:
⦁ Develop and design Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions to support business processes, supply chain planning, and operational optimization.
⦁ Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and sustainable technical architectures and workflows.
⦁ Ensure alignment of Kinaxis solutions with enterprise IT architecture and business strategies.
2. Implementation and Configuration:
⦁ Lead the implementation and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro modules, including data integration, scenario modeling, and analytics.
⦁ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize Kinaxis solutions based on business needs.
⦁ Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and validation of system functionality to ensure optimum performance.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
⦁ Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable Kinaxis solutions.
⦁ Collaborate with IT teams, data engineers, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and system compatibility.
⦁ Provide guidance and support to end-users during implementation and post-go-live phases.
4. Technical Leadership:
⦁ Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, advising on best practices and emerging trends.
⦁ Guide and mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across projects.
⦁ Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization.
5. Documentation and Compliance:
⦁ Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configurations, and workflows.
⦁ Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
⦁ Monitor system security and data integrity within Kinaxis platforms.
Experiences/Education - Required
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
⦁ 5+ years experience as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or in a similar role, with deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
⦁ Strong knowledge of supply chain planning and operational processes (e.g., demand planning, inventory management, S&OP).
⦁ Experience in designing and implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro modules such as Integration, Analytics, Control Tower, and Scenario Simulation.
⦁ Proficiency in data integration technologies.
⦁ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
⦁ Experience presenting supply chain planning solutions to business stakeholders.
⦁ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Experiences/Education - Desired
⦁ Kinaxis certification(s), such as Kinaxis Solution Architect Certification.
⦁ Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their integration with Kinaxis solutions.
⦁ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
⦁ Experience in working with global teams and managing large-scale implementations.

The range for this position is $123,662.00 - $170,036.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
Pay Grade: Grade D
