The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.
Role Purpose
The Manager, Product Management & Agile Delivery, is responsible for how the Data & AI organization plans, prioritizes, and delivers work. This role owns the process from intake through delivery and helps ensure the organization works on the right priorities, uses capacity effectively, and delivers consistently.
The role manages intake, agile delivery practices, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and portfolio flow, partnering closely with ideation, solutions, analytics, and data science leaders to move work from validated opportunity to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own intake, prioritization, and demand management for Data & AI work
- Maintain visibility into pipeline, portfolio priorities, and available capacity
- Establish guardrails to prevent overcommitment and improve decision making
- Lead agile delivery standards and support healthy sprint execution
- Manage Scrum Masters and strengthen delivery predictability across teams
- Lead Product Owners to drive business-focused product delivery
- Track delivery performance, risks, and outcomes using clear metrics
- Provide transparent reporting to leadership and steering groups
Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in agile delivery, project management, product management, portfolio management, or digital operations in a technology, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Experience managing Scrum Masters, agile teams, or delivery processes across multiple workstreams
- Experience with intake, prioritization, backlog management, portfolio planning, and balancing demand against capacity
- Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management practices
- Ability to design scalable processes and use delivery metrics to drive decisions
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills across organizational levels
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and value calculations
Experiences/Education - Desired
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in a cross-functional matrix organization
- Experience with process improvement
- Familiarity with Plan View, Jira or similar delivery tools
- Experience and passion working with data and AI tools

The range for this position is $178,553.00 - $245,511.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
