Job Purpose

The Marketing Intern will support the In-Building Networks business in the execution of the omni-channel digital strategy, support the development of our digital content plan, document best practices, and create processes as needed for the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Website: Analyze customer buying journey on our web properties to define, develop, and implement a content plan to optimize engagement and conversion to prospects (leads)
  • Content Marketing Plan: Develop and execute content marketing plans to drive key campaign themes and result in increased engagement and conversion.
  • Reporting/Analytics: Review current data and analytics, research industry best practices and make recommendations on how to make improvements to our digital buying journey.
  • Social Media and E-mail Marketing: Develop and deploy nurturing campaigns targeting engaged customers with the intent of generating demand for our offerings.
  • Special Projects: Will be asked to contribute to and support additional strategic marketing initiatives as they emerge.

 

Minimum Requirements 

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience with digital platforms such as a SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Social Media Management Platform, Marketing Automation Platform & Content Management Platform is a plus.
  • Strong verbal/written skills and excellent interpersonal and phone skills to communicate effectively with external and internal customers.
  • Proven analytical, organizations, and process skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Tools.
