  • Own the full product lifecycle — from new product development and launch through pricing strategy, supply-demand alignment, and commercialization
  • Serve as the primary Voice of Customer (VOC) expert in customer-facing engagements; translate customer needs into product positioning and development priorities
  • Identify opportunities for new applications and product enhancements through competitive assessment and market analysis, partnering with Market Development and Technology teams
  • Lead resolution of product, quality, and service issues — balancing customer needs with internal priorities to drive timely, effective outcomes
  • Drive complexity and cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing and customer sites; quantify value propositions and assess risk to strengthen business case rigor

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business
  • 3+ years of directly relevant experience in product management, commercial strategy, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading a product through the full development and commercialization cycle
  • Experience developing and executing pricing strategy, including base, contract, and project-level pricing
  • Experience in customer-facing or VOC (Voice of Customer) engagements, with the ability to translate market insights into product strategy
  • Proficiency in complex data analysis and financial modeling using Excel or equivalent tools

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in telecommunications, fiber optics, or high-volume manufacturing
  • Experience coordinating across regional product teams and geographies
  •  Familiarity with external manufacturing management
  • Commercial experience mapping product value propositions to customer requirements

Key Competencies

  • Presents complex technical and commercial findings clearly to diverse audiences — from production teams to senior leadership
  • Leads cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to deliver shared outcomes on time
  • Diagnoses root causes of product or quality issues and drives resolution with minimal supervision
  • Manages multiple concurrent initiatives by setting clear priorities and maintaining forward momentum
  • Applies structured analytical thinking to evaluate business cases, market dynamics, and risk assumptions
