The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. It delivers the training, tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function & the corporation. GSM has leading edge, effective processes to anticipate and exceed customer requirements.
ROLE PURPOSE:
This position supports the Freight Payment program of the Global Logistics Organization by identifying trends in freight payment data to determine areas of opportunity and drive process improvement.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Freight Payment program in North America and work with the transportation sourcing teams to analyze freight spend data and optimize reporting
- Lead analysis and resolution of invoice exceptions, identify root cause and implement sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Analyze freight payment and shipment data
- Support data correction and maintenance of freight payment data for the Global Logistics spend visibility platform(s), transportation management system, spend anomalies application, freight payment solutions, and/or other digital tools
- Measure freight invoice data quality, define and implement performance improvement activities with internal and external partners
- Support monthly freight spend accrual process
- Manage validation table updates to align with all GLO systems
- Support key initiatives of Global Logistics Organization (GLO), Global Supply Management (GSM) and business supply chain initiatives
Education and Experience- Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, logistics, supply chain management, data analytics, or relevant field of study
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- TMS/ERP experience preferred

The range for this position is $64,520.00 - $88,715.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
