Role Purpose

This role partners with regional manufacturing finance teams and plant leadership to standardize cost reporting and improve cost transparency across OCS worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Global Cost Understanding and reporting standardization projects. Work with the OCS Director of Manufacturing Finance to support worldwide day-to-day operations and financial analysis needs. Lead annual cost rolls and collaboration with cross functional teams to identify and address cost opportunities.


•Partner with the OCS Director of Manufacturing Finance to manage initiatives and strategies, supporting the business needs.
•Manage OCS wide process and product cost understanding and reporting projects
•Support and lead projects related to product standards improvement & global standardization, manufacturing variances understanding (leakages), define reporting
•Conduct the annual review of standard cost changes and summarize for leadership
•Collaborate closely with the OCS Finance Manager, Systems and Reporting, on Digital Initiatives, including those captured under Pharos
•Drive process improvements in finance manufacturing operations
• Provide ongoing Finance expertise and decision support to support business objectives

Experiences/Education - Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects
• Strong computer skills (Advanced Excel, Power Bi, Databricks)
• SAP proficiency preferred
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and link to business implications
• Good analytical skills, presentation skills and problem- solving capability

The range for this position is $132,649.00 - $182,393.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
