Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Ensure FA/lease policy and processes are appropriately complied with such as capitalization, transfer, scrap, sold, etc. Perform regular physical counting. Ensure accounting record in system accurately under both PRC and US GAAP
• Responsible for monthly capital Spending control and capital cash flow forecast
• Responsible for monthly department expense actual vs. budget variance analysis
• Support annual budget and five-year plan
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Education & Experience  

• Bachelor degree of accounting or related major
• 3-4 years experiences of related job
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
• CPA or ACCA or CMA is preferred

Required Skills                                                

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and processes
• Project management skill is a plus
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Good English
