Purpose of the Position:
To assist MY HR Specialist on general duties in Human Resource Department in responsible of several HR functions: staffing and recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefit. Ensure all activities are performed within the general policies of the CDTC, the appropriate government agencies and in the best interest of the total facility.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
The position holder will assist MY HR Specialist on the following daily responsibilities:
Support staffing & recruiting, compensation & benefit, training & development of the HR function
Manpower assurance –obtain necessary manpower (including direct and indirect workforce) for MY plant requirements by actively supporting recruiting, screening and placing new employees
Provide support in training system/roadmap/plan, performance management system
HR related process/procedure implementation
Responsible for projects assigned
Provides voice of the customer feedback on HR programs / processes / policies and ease of use

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, major in business administration, human resources or related.
1-3 years above experience in human resources management.
Work experience in multinational company is preferred
