Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day to Day Responsibilities

•    Manage calibration lab in CQ plant
•    Manage, maintain and improve calibration system including periodic calibration items execution, calibration method improvement and so on. 
•    Co-work with facility, production, maintenance etc. to do calibration and to ensure instruments under good condition
•    Co-work with project team to add new calibration items into calibration system during plant rebuild period
•    Co-work gauge engineer together to complete GR&R analysis
•    Support QS related work in the plant and regional wide

Education & Experience

•    B.S or above degree in Engineering relative major 
•    At least 3 years quality system related work experience 

Required Skills

•    Good knowledge in quality calibration field 
•    Good English comprehension in spoken, writing and reading.
•    Good communication and coordination skill for cross department cooperation
•    Be willing or good at utilizing programming to optimize quality systems

•    Logical thinking & problem solving and decision skill.
•    Aggressive and willing to take challenge and work hard and smart.
•    Python or other computer language.

•    Computer skill
•    Good personality, cooperation and negotiation skill.
•    Influence others, gains cooperation from others to obtain information and accomplish goals.
