The global Human Resource (HR) Function provides an integrated talent management system that delivers a workforce that is Corning's competitive differentiator in the global marketplace.
HR provides service offerings that align solutions to business challenges by ensuring the programs are Effective, Efficient, Global, Scaleable, and Repeatable. Corning’s Values are operationalized by the HR Function through the facilitation of Talent Management offerings, as well as programs and processes that aid in making Corning’s Values visible.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Manpower assurance by obtaining necessary manpower (including direct and indirect workforce) for CQ plant expansion requirements by recruiting, screening and placing new employees for target groups
• Employee data management (DS)
• Onboarding, probation management, PD&R and offboarding management
• Global mobility related support
• Develop/contribute on HR related process/procedure for implementation
• Responsible for department/regional projects as assigned
Education & Experience
- Bachelor Degree, major in business administration, human resources or related.
- 5 years above experience in human resources management.
- Work experience in multi national company is preferred
