Production Trainer

Purpose of the Position:

To improve worker skills and efficiency by implementing and following up training activities for operators and training the operators to get required skills and certification.

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

• Lead training, skill certification and development programs for new and experienced operators 
• Follow up the new operators’ certification and qualification according to process and schedule. 
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. 
• Checks and ensures operators work according to standard process. 
• Directs the finishing operators to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. 
• Supports the problem solving in production line. 
• Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc. 
• Ensure the protection of the company’s intellectual assets (IA). 
• Enforce process discipline and rigorous change control through audit Project involved with: Reporting Structure: Immediate Supervisor: Melting Production Sec. Manager

Education & Experience

• College or above degree, engineering background is preferred.
• 2 years’ work experience in skill training or production management in manufacturing environment.

Required Skills 

• Familiar with production process/equipment management. 
• Habit of PCPD, 5S, Safety, Change management 
• Skill in software of Windows Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, etc. 
• Quality concept & tool 
