Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
Purpose:
Computerized Maintenance Management System/ CMMS (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Oracle eAM) Integration Manager to lead the configuration, standardization, deployment, and continuous improvement of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across multiple manufacturing sites. This role will partner closely with plant maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, IT, and leadership teams to understand site functional requirements, define scalable CMMS configurations, and deploy solutions that support maintenance excellence and operational efficiency.
The CMMS Integration Manager will own the system roadmap, governance, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization as the organization grows, adds equipment and capacity, and adopts new technologies.
Responsibilities:
CMMS Strategy & Configuration
• Gather and document business and functional requirements from manufacturing and maintenance sites to design and maintain standardized CMMS configurations; and establish and maintain CMMS governance, configuration standards, naming conventions, and data quality expectations that support enterprise maintenance and reliability objectives while allowing for site-specific operational needs.
• Define system architecture, asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance structures, workflows, user roles, embedded documentation, and reporting standards.
System Deployment & Site Support
• Lead CMMS implementation and deployment activities for new plants, production lines, and equipment additions; to include coordination of configuration testing, validation, and user acceptance activities, and support change management, training, training development, and adoption efforts across maintenance and operations teams.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CMMS-related issues.
System Administration & Continuous Improvement
• Evaluate and implement new functionality and technologies that improve maintenance effectiveness and user experience, including management CMMS upgrades, patches, enhancements, and release cycles.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user compliance to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to asset management, preventive maintenance, work order management, spare parts management, and reliability processes.
Integrations & Technology Management
• Partner with IT and automation teams to manage integrations between CMMS and other enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, and reporting tools.
• Ensure cybersecurity, system reliability, and appropriate access controls are maintained; and support data migration, equipment onboarding, and master data management activities.
Reporting & Analytics
• Analyze CMMS data trends, and develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting capabilities that support maintenance and operational decision-making to identify opportunities for improved reliability, planning, scheduling, and asset utilization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Maintenance Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with CMMS / ERP (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Oracle eAM) integrations and industrial data systems administration, configuration, or implementation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability processes including preventive maintenance, work order management, asset management, and spare parts management.
• Experience with enterprise software deployments or multi-site system standardization initiatives.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desired Skills and attributes:
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), TPM, or Lean manufacturing principles.
• SQL, reporting, or analytics experience.
• Ability to support multiple sites and coordinate across operational teams.

The range for this position is $121,756.00 - $167,415.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
