Role Purpose: Provides technical support in Draw area to Reliability Engineer and PM technicians in regards to Preventative and Predictive Maintenance. Works hands-on with manufacturing equipment and activities on maintenance. Identifies and supports PM process improvements. Uses judgment, experience and initiative to resolve problems and make recommendations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop value add Preventive Maintenance • Create Condition based Preventive Maintenance • Develop tools to measure parts for life cycle • Interface with Reliability Engineer • Track and manage PM schedule and PM compliance • Create and monitor predictive based maintenance • Create condition-based work orders • Track and report on PM efficiency Performance Metrics: • PM Compliance in Maximo • PM Effectiveness • MTBF • Safety & Environmental Record • Training completion for TSTs Listening/ Interpersonal Savvy • Actively listens to all input. • Does not let pre-conceived ideas hinder ability to hear other input. • Recognizes and is tolerant of differences in people. • Works to assure everyone is at the same point of understanding/agreement before moving forward. • Able to communicate effectively to personnel at all levels Function/Technical: • Displays interest and drive to understand technical problems. • Understands Predictive Maintenance philosophy. • Technical Process Management • Safety, Health and Environmental Compliance • Assures and helps enforce that all safety procedures (i.e., Lock out/Tag out, PPE, etc.) are followed at all times. • Understands regulations applicable to area of expertise and works to ensure compliance. • Seeks to identify and correct potential safety or environmental issues before they occur. Required: • Good process skills and data analysis. • Strong electrical and mechanical background. o Must be electrically certified (NFPA 70e) • Ability to handle/prioritize multiple tasks as necessary. • Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. • Good written and verbal communication skills (detailed oriented). • Must be self-motivated and proactive (does not wait to be assigned tasks/work) • Currently Certified TST2 in Draw Area Desired: • Associates Degree • Currently on Day shift
