- Manage all design, development and prototype efforts for AR product-line

- Lead a group of 4-5 scientists, engineers and technicians and provide functional supervision

- Deliver optical products and processes for AR product lines by leveraging design concepts in geometrical and physical optics

- Develop CTQ’s based on fundamental understanding of product and process

- Evaluate system-level tradeoffs to optimize design and provide cross-disciplinary feedback to adjacent disciplines (optical materials, fabrication,        coatings, etc.)

- Design and develop metrology tools required to support light interaction with glass materials and surface/bulk features and structures

- Develop/implement automated optical metrology for in-situ process control and feedback - Provide technical insight on multiple optics and                metrology projects that the team members are involved in

- Lead optics-based development projects starting with receivership from Research and transfer to Engineering and/or Manufacturing

- Support the plant engineering and manufacturing organizations in transfer and trouble-shooting new products and processes by using technical        knowledge and robust metrology tools
