The Change Management Analyst will utilize change management methodologies and tools to support Change Management across Finance Transformation projects within Project Delivery team.

This role supports change management activities, including communication planning, and training in coordination with training organization, deployment leadership, Project managers and may include external vendors/customers engaged with change management activities.

This role will support change impact assessment, drive necessary remediation plans, and be ultimately responsible for the change readiness inputs of the various finance transformation projects.


Position Scope (Day-to-day responsibilities):

• Apply change management process and tools to support adoption of Finance transformation initiatives

• Support the design, development, delivery, and management of the communication plan.

• Conduct stakeholder assessment, change impact analyses, and assess change readiness

• Provide input, document requirements, and generate the design and delivery of training programs together with the Training organization and project manager

• Assist with identification and analysis for potential risks

• Support the project managers identifying and managing anticipated resistance

• Support project teams and provide coordination when needed

• Integrate and supports change management activities as part of the overall project planning and execution.

• Support development of communication with CSS stakeholders related to change management.

• Track and report issues

• Measure success metrics and monitor change progress

• Demonstrated record of customer focus and understanding of customer and organization needs.

• Strong communication skills – written & verbal

• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict management, coordination, and planning skills with cross-functional teams

• Results and timeline oriented. Able to deliver results independently in a remote working environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills – effective at developing creative solutions and removing barriers

• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

• Strong cultural awareness


Desired Skills (These are skills that would be nice for candidates to possess)

• Experience with organizational change efforts.

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

• Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Change management certification or designation (e.g., ACMP, Prosci).

• Experience communicating at different levels of the organization (including communicating complex data requirements and system capabilities in an easy-to-understand manner)

• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

• Integrity and strong work ethic

• Nimble and agile thinking to drive change that enables efficiencies and growth

• Get to the heart of the problem and make sound and timely decisions to resolve

• Ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.


Education & Experience required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Communication related degree.

Travel Requirements (domestic and/or international) • Project dependent (~25% domestic and/or international)
