Position Description:

  • Process weekly time and attendance records for hourly/weekly employees
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end HTR payroll process within the CSS space
  • Interface regularly with business partners, and vendors to reach common goals
  • Identifies and takes initiative to implement process improvements
  • Reconcile payroll files during and after each pay run to ensure accurate remittance
  • Develop and maintain documentation of relevant processes
  • Process and verify any special payments and adjustments providing detailed analysis upon request
  • Appropriately recognizes and classifies confidential data and takes necessary actions to ensure compliance
  • Assess priorities and manage several activities simultaneously
  • Capacity to work well under pressure with ability to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines
  • Provides regular instruction and coaching to team members. Leads a functional team area; directs work of team in support of process area goal or initiative
  • Considers and collects pertinent facts to solve problems
  • Identifies issues with broad reach, anticipates impacts to other functional areas, and seeks manager direction accordingly

Education & Experience:

  • 4 year degree; Accounting/Business preferred
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant payroll experience
